NeoStats IRC Services
NeoStats is IRC software released under the GPL Open Source License, that provides IRC networks with a set of IRC Services aimed
to improve the enjoyment of chatting on IRC
Currently, NeoStats does not provide standard IRC services, such as ChanServ, NickServ etc, but rather a base IRC Server that
IRC adminstrators can then extend with NeoStats modules or scripts (written in perl).
The current modules that we have available here, offer anything from IRC based Games, through to IRC Services to assist
IRC administrators, and various security related modules to ensure that IRC remains safe
Key Features of NeoStats include:
- Support for a large variety of IRCd Servers
- Modular design, so adding new features is painless
- A large array of Modules available
- Is easily extended via a Scripting Interface using Perl
- Permissions based system can use Operators IRCd modes instead of a seperate database (optional)
- Been in development for over 9 years!
